Master Guak is a 9th Dan Master of Ko Am Mu Do, Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. He is one of the four grand masters of the World Ko Am Mu Do Federation and the president of the World Hap Ki Do Association. Master Guak is also the founder and owner of United Martial Arts Center in Fort Myers, Florida.
Master Guak has also served as a coach for many Korean National Champions.
Master Guak, along with the three other grand masters of Ko Am MuDo, founded the system out of a love for students and a love for martial arts. Master Guak feels that martial arts today must meed the needs of modern civilization while still growing from the ancient traditions of respect and honor.
Master Guak has also appeared on the cover of Tae Kwon Do Magazine mutliple times. Tae Kwon Do magazine has recognized Master Guak as not only one of the worlds greatest practictioners of Tae Kwon Do but also as one of the most loved and respected masters by the countless students he has trained and coached both in the United States and Korea.
